The Postgraduate Taught Student Recruitment Team at the University of Bath is looking to appoint up to three Recruitment Managers with responsibility for both UK and International markets. The successful candidates will manage and deliver projects and activities which support the delivery of a resilient base of postgraduate applications and enrolments to the University. Our aim is to build on the university’s recent success in growing its Masters student community in a challenging recruitment environment.

These roles will join a newly created team of postgraduate taught recruitment specialists, formed to provide a comprehensive PGT recruitment unit, focussing its efforts on supporting prospective students by degree type rather than by geography. We are seeking ambitious individuals who are willing to work both across the UK and internationally, potentially providing an ideal opportunity for UK student recruitment specialists seeking additional opportunities to travel or international recruitment specialists looking to work further with students in the UK.

The successful applicants will take a lead role in developing relationships with prospective applicants and key external stakeholders, primarily through extensive outreach activity, to increase the number of highly qualified applicants considering a course of study at the University of Bath. In addition to taking responsibility for delivering against key recruitment targets, the post holders will contribute to our dialogue on digital platforms, facilitating interaction with prospective applicants and providing useful and relevant information, advice and guidance.

The University of Bath is a world class university in a World Heritage city, providing a nurturing environment for enterprising minds. Our growing international reputation is built upon the excellence and impact of our academic research and the all-round quality of the educational and extra-curricular experience enjoyed by our community of over 16,000 postgraduate and undergraduate students.
