The University of Bath are seeking a focused and motivated individual, to provide supervision to our busy front of house Accommodation Receptions and offer administrative support to the wider Student Accommodation team across campus. The successful candidate will offer excellent customer service to our students with you and your team pointing students in the right direction with any queries they may have.

In this customer-facing role, you will be highly motivated and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You’ll ensure that all new starters receive a fantastic induction and act as a point of contact for Student Accommodation, taking lead on our applicant visit days as well as support on Open Days.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure, be adaptable, and be a team player and train new members of the team. Longer-term projects and planning will be a key part of your role during term-time.

This role will provide cover in the absence of the Receptions Team Leader. Ideally, you will have experience within a reception or within a University setting but this is not essential. It’s your personality and attitude that we are interested in.

This is a full-time role (36.5 hours per week) which will be worked on a 5 over 7 basis which may include morning, evening, and weekend working.
