The University of Bath is seeking to appoint a Director of International Relations. As one of the UK’s top universities, ranked 6th in the UK by the Guardian University Guide 2019, 4th overall in the THE Student Experience Survey 2018 and 158th (out of 1,000) in QS World University Rankings, we are an ambitious and forward-looking University focused on raising our international profile and ranking.

This is a unique opportunity to take on this exciting new senior role, which will be responsible for the implementation of the University’s Internationalisation Strategy in conjunction with senior partners. The role involves influencing senior academic and professional service staff to drive internationalisation across the University, leading and managing the International Relations Office as a high-performing team and providing strategic advice and high quality intelligence to senior levels of the organisation.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual with a track record of leading the successful delivery of internationalisation and partnerships, ideally (but not essentially) in a higher education institution and developing individuals and teams.
