We wish to appoint a full-time Placements Administrator (36.5 hours per week) to support our undergraduate degree placement schemes. This role is on a fixed term basis to cover maternity with an expected end date of Mid-October 2020.

Our undergraduate degree courses include:

- BSc Business Administration (BBA)

- BSc Accounting & Finance (BAF)

- BSc Management (BM)

- BSc Management with Marketing (BMM)

- BSc International Management (BIM)

All of our undergraduate degree courses attract high calibre students and are at the forefront of helping our undergraduates to gain the business knowledge, skills and experience needed to thrive in a globally connected world.

The post-holder will form part of the School of Management’s Placements Team, taking responsibility for Placements Administration, improving efficiency of administrative procedures and managing a diverse workload. The team work together under the guidance of the Head of Placements, Projects & International Studies. The post-holder will be line managed by the School of Management Placements Manager and will work closely with several Placements Officers.

This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication with academic staff, students and employers, so the post holder will need excellent organisational skills, to demonstrate a good use of initiative, have the ability to multi-task, and prioritise workloads.
