The Student Recruitment Manager - Executive Programmes is a pivotal role within the School’s Post-Experience-Programmes team. Working in close collaboration with other Student Recruitment Managers the Client Director and Executive Director as well as the admissions, marketing and alumni teams. Taking responsibility and personal accountability for ensuring that the admission targets are met (number, diversity, quality students) for the Executive Programmes.

The role holder will be expected to develop, in collaboration with the other members of the Student Recruitment team, strategies that target high calibre candidates, identifying and initiating new channels whilst also optimising the various existing student recruitment channels available.  This will involve both building relationships and partnerships with companies, associations and government agencies as well as reaching out and communicating directly with potential candidates. 

The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team, defining appropriate use of on and offline promotion activities; developing relationships with corporate partners, managing relationships with agents, creating a strong presence at relevant Student Recruitment fairs/events, organising Post-Experience-Programmes promotional events and conducting one-to-one interviews for all eligible candidates. 

The Student Recruitment Manager – Executive Programmes will provide analysis on the efficacy of each channel and advise management on recommended adjustments of spend and activities in order to increase overall yield and establish ROI on activities. The job holder will also be responsible for initiating improvements in the Student Recruitment and admissions process to improve prospect conversion, and the application experience.

This role is available on a part time, open ended basis.
