We are seeking to make an appointment in Sports Management & Marketing at the Senior Lecturer/Lecturer (Teaching) level within the Marketing, Business & Society (MBS) Division. This is a 0.5 FTE post associated with our new MSc Sports Management  programme.

The School of Management is a vibrant and productive community and is ranked among the top UK Business Schools. It was ranked 1st for Marketing (the Complete University Guide 2021) and 3rd for Business & Management Studies (the Complete University Guide 2021). It was also ranked 8th (on GPA) for Business and Management Studies, and joint 6th for our share of world-leading and internationally excellent research, in the results of the UK’s 2014 Research Excellence Framework.

The Marketing Group achieves teaching excellence on our highly rated undergraduate and master’s degrees. The successful candidate will have proven teaching ability and will be expected to deliver high quality teaching to postgraduate students. We are particularly interested in candidates who are well-placed to teach Sports Management and Marketing and contribute to the ongoing development our new MSc Sports Management programme. The role will based within the School Management, but will also work closely with the Department for Health.
