This job is only available to current students at the University of Bath.

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Web Assistant (placement student) to support our marketing activities in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences on a 9-month fixed term basis.

Working with our Marketing & Web team, you’ll support our range of marketing activities, as well as creating promotional content for both on and offline use. Working with the team, you'll help to raise the profile of the Faculty and promote our courses to UK and international students.

The role

You'll help to support the production of marketing campaign materials, both digital and print, and support the production of web and social media content. You will also gain experience in supporting and delivering (virtual) events.

This opportunity will allow you to:

· Apply your knowledge and experience of the University of Bath to developing innovative marketing solutions

· Play a key role in delivering the Faculty’s student marketing and recruitment objectives

· Be part of a creative and collaborative team

· Explore innovative marketing solutions and how they can be applied in a Higher Education setting

You must be able to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships. You should have excellent organisational skills, be a good team player and be able to successfully manage your workload.

This is a fixed-term role for nine months, starting as soon as possible. It is open to University of Bath placement students only.

We are currently working predominantly remotely due to the pandemic so this post would initially be home-based (UK only) until guidelines and university business requirements change.
