Westwood Nursery at the University of Bath are seeking to appoint a dedicated, hard working and creative Nursery Nurse to join our team part time (17.65 hours per week) on a permanent basis, commencing May 2022.

Graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, Westwood Nursery provides 48 places for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We aim to provide accessible, high-quality childcare for children of students, staff and the local community. We provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children learn and develop to their full potential and welcome everyone by supporting individual needs, abilities and interests.

We are looking for:

  • a good team player
  • excellent communication and organisation skills
  • knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • the ability to support the development of our children
  • good oral and written skills
  • minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education

An enhanced Disclosure Baring Service (DBS) clearance will be required for this post.
