The School of Management at the University of Bath have an exciting opportunity for an MBA Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role working 21.9 hours per week.

About us:

The Bath MBA at the University of Bath's School of Management is a flagship programme, attracting worldwide interest. You will be at the centre of recruiting quality applicants, sourcing diverse individuals from all backgrounds and cultures.

The MBA team is a friendly and inclusive department. We work closely with professors delivering the academic excellence of the programmes, with the marketing team to ensure all outreach activities are in line with our objectives, and with the other recruitment and admissions teams within the University. Our Director of Teaching and two Directors of Studies are actively involved in ensuring the success of the MBA programmes.

The role:

You will be directly working with the Recruitment Manager and the Admissions team; you will also be working alongside the programmes team (consisting of the Head of programmes, the programme officer and administrator, and the student experience officer) and the careers team. This rewarding role is about building relationships with potential candidates around the world and leading quality applicants through the recruitment and admissions process.

About you:

You will have a background in delivering excellent customer service and will show strong initiative and pro-active qualities. Ideally you will have some experience of recruitment, selection and interview processes. You will work closely with other teams to ensure consistent messages, outreach activities and communication channels are utilised effectively to deliver a return on our investments.
