Cleaner Porter (16 Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Cleaner Porter to join our supportive and friendly Campus Service's team on a on part-time basis.  A typical day could include: 

  • Keeping your designated areas clean and tidy 
  • Removal, repositioning and setting up furniture 
  • Emptying general waste and recycling bins 
  • Directing visitors and dealing with general enquiries 
  • Assisting with setting up conference rooms 

This is a crucial role at the University of Bath, and we are looking for a friendly and motivated person, happy to work not only as part of a supportive and friendly team but also on their own. You will be expected to maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in order to maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment and should have a thorough and methodical attitude to work. Please note, this role involves lifting and carrying. We are open to consider a variety of flexible work options but the typical role hours are 5am - 8am for the 3 hour shift and 5am-9am for the 4 hour shift. Please note your preferred work options in your application form. 

This is a part time role working 16 hours per week.
