Do you thrive working in collaborative and forward thinking environments? Do you enjoy working with technology and looking for better ways to do things?

We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations & Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play an integral role in shaping and optimising administrative support for academic activities across the six departments within the Faculty, providing operational management and professional leadership to the team. Working collaboratively, you will take responsibility for the development, revision and improvement of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring that they are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances.  This role will also provide you with exciting opportunities to lead on Faculty-wide projects, in support of our plans for further developing strategic partnerships and promoting public engagement, amongst other things.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who embraces process improvement and technology, enjoys working on their own initiative and building strong relationships and developing and motivating others.

As a Faculty, we embrace change and provide a supportive environment in which to develop and grow, offering ongoing professional development opportunities with a strong belief in the value of investing in our people and teams. We organise annual Faculty away days, social events such as book and craft club and are always interested in new ideas. We also love to support our local community and charities through various fundraising events.
