We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team.  You will play a vital role, working in conjunction with other administrators and Directors of Studies to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of a suite of taught programmes within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.  You will provide advice, support and information to academic staff, prospective, current and former students.  You will have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload.  You will enjoy working autonomously as well as part of team in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.

This is a part time role (0.5 FTE) requiring 18 hours and 15 minutes per week.  Due to operational activities the working pattern for this post will ideally be spread evenly across 3-4 working days.
