Being a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant means that you’re in the heart of the action.

The University Hospitality Department provides catering to students, staff and external customers. There are numerous outlets run by the Hospitality Department offering a range of food and drink options. You can find out more about our outlets here: http://www.bath.ac.uk/groups/eateries/

Our casual vacancies are based in the following outlets:

  • Wessex Restaurant: A fine dining experience. Serves a classic bistro menu of freshly prepared starters, main courses and desserts
  • 4 West Café: A bustling café on the Parade, 4W Café serves hot and cold drinks, breakfast, soups, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and snacks. 
  • Food Direct: Our food delivery service, catering for meetings and conferences on campus and in the city.

You’ll be greeting, serving and helping customers, making sure that they leave with a smile.

You’ll work with a great team who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and going that extra mile for every customer.

We will provide you with full training.

These roles may early morning, evening and weekend working. Casual roles will offer various hours each week to fit in with your availability.
