  1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to all students currently studying at the University of Bath.
  2. The Promotion will start on Monday 21 October 2024 at 09:00 (“Starting Date”).
  3. The Promotion will close on Thursday 31 October 2024 at 09:00 (“Closing Date”).
  4. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must enter their email address on the Google Form.
  5. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
  6. There will only be one winner.
  7. The winners will be selected at random in the week commencing Monday 4 November 2024.
  8. The winner will be notified by email by a member of the Climate Action Team by Friday 8 November 2024.
  9. The winner will receive a Student Sustainability Starter Set containing a range of household and food-based items (“The Prize”).
  10. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
  11. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Climate Action Team within 14 working days (“Claim Period”).
  12. If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.
  14. Details of the Winners will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to climateaction@bath.ac.uk
  15. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  16. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The competition winner must be prepared to feature in a promotional article and or blog, where an image of them with their prize will be featured along with a quote by them.
  18. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
