Counselling & Mental Health

We provide counselling and mental health support to students. We run groups and workshops for coping with stress and help you find external support services.

How we can help you

During the lockdown, we're offering counselling and mental health advice by video call and telephone. We're also running online courses and workshops.

Whether you're down, anxious or just plain stuck, there are lots of ways you can tackle your problems and look after your own wellbeing.
