Counselling & Mental Health

We provide counselling and mental health support to students. We run groups and workshops for coping with stress and help you find external support services.

How we can help you

We offer guided self-help, a range of courses and workshops as well as one-to-one counselling and mental health advice.

Self-help

You might be able to overcome the difficulties you’re facing without support from a mental health professional.

Managing your mental health

We all feel bad sometimes. If you’re unhappy, anxious or dealing with another common psychological issue, it may be possible to do something to help yourself.

Other sources of help

Outside what's available at the University, there is a wide range of services in the Bath area that provide counselling and mental health advice.
