Read Well is a joint project run by Students Services and the Library to offer books that can support your wellbeing.

Silvercloud is an online self-help platform for wellbeing and mental health which offers secure access to online CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) programmes.

External support

There is other support available in the local area if you would prefer to seek help elsewhere.
