Privately rented accommodation

The Student Living Support team is here to help you with looking for a house or issues you might encounter when renting.
Starting life at University can come with new challenges. That's why we’re here to help.
We run a residence life programme to support your transition into University halls, develop a sense of community and help you get the best student experience from your time living with us. Our remit includes social events and activities, welcome into halls, life skills, peer to peer roles (Student Living Assistants), student support and engagement.
Settling into your new home and building relationships are common situations that everyone faces when moving into University accommodation.
Your Student Living Assistants are current students who previously lived in halls and will regularly check in with you and your flatmates. However, you can always schedule a meeting with the team at any time by contacting livingsupport@bath.ac.uk.
Meet your student living assistantsKeep an eye on our activity calendar. This is a great way to meet other students and explore your new home city of Bath.
