Role

A highly experienced HR leader with outstanding interpersonal skills. Multiple high profile professional roles reflect dedication to HR and the ability to unify and enshrine business policies in complex, ambiguous and business sectors. Regularly developing strategies to deliver organisational change by partnering with Senior Management to interpret business strategy. Analytical and reflective, uses considered and structured approaches to augment overall team performance.

Career

Central to delivering a pillar of The University Strategy “growing our identity as a strong learning community in which collective endeavour and a culture of care enable the flourishing of all”. This will be achieved by identifying and implementing interventions across the University, from major change programmes to behavioural nudges which will define and deliver the culture we seek. Abi works closely with the PVC (Student Experience) and the VP (Community & Inclusion) and have impact across the whole University community.
