Role

Navdeep leads the development and implementation of PGT recruitment plans, engaging with staff across the University in the process. She is responsible for shaping and achieving PGT recruitment targets as well as the cultivation of collaborative relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of the University.

She provides direction for our network of recruitment agents as well as our portfolio of PGT scholarships and bursaries.

Navdeep previously managed operations over the full student cycle, from pre-application enquiry through graduation, in the School of Management. Prior to arriving in Bath, she worked at another leading business school where she was responsible for postgraduate admissions.
