Isabella has over 20 years experience working in higher education institutions, both in lecturing and managing roles. She has a genuine interest in helping people to find harmony and satisfaction in their professional lives. Using a developmental approach to coaching, she is keen to work alongside staff in order to promote their capabilities, to discover and to achieve their goals.
Having qualified as a coach in 2014, Isabella’s coaching experience has been quite varied, ranging from: work-related interpersonal relations and conflict, building confidence and self-belief, career progression and self-development, managing change, leadership and managing skills development, intercultural relation and understanding.

Isabella is Head of Languages in the Skills Centre. Her main responsibilities include: ensuring the relevancy of the institution-wide language provision; leading and managing an intercultural team, including the staff professional and personal development; promoting the University’s Internationalisation at Home aims; supporting the development of intercultural competencies in students and staff.
Isabella started her career in marketing, working in the international office of Tourism Ireland. She joined the University of Bath in 2005, working at first as a Lecturer, then as a programme director and now as Head of Languages in the Skills Centre.
