Lizzie Little IAAPS People Lead
Lizzie is covering Tamsin Foxwell's maternity leave and is responsible for designing and delivering HR solutions that enable IAAPS to achieve its objectives
As People Lead, Lizzie works collaboratively with stakeholders within IAAPS and across the University to ensure IAAPS is able to attract, recruit and retain the talent which is pivotal to its success.
Lizzie started her career in HR 7 years ago when she worked in a consultancy supporting a variety of SMEs to deliver their people needs. Since then, Lizzie has worked across the professional services sector, health care and now higher education. Lizzie enjoys building collaborative relationships with her stakeholders and working with them to develop, design and deliver HR solutions to meet their people, team and organisational goals. Lizzie has joined the IAAPS project at an exciting time and is looking forward to working with her colleagues to further develop and deliver the IAAPS people plan.
Lizzie is currently completing her ILM coaching qualification and has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development since 2014. Prior to this Lizzie studied at the University of Bristol and graduated with a First Class Honours Degree (BSc) in in Social Sciences.
