Carole Luckwell IAAPS Team Coordinator
Carole is responsible for providing executive support to the Programme Director and IAAPS Operational team.
As Team Coordinator, Carole provides executive assistance to the Programme Director and facilitates information sharing between fellow members of the IAAPS Operations Team so that they can operate at optimum efficiency. She also maintains complex diaries and manages processes to ensure delivery of a high quality, responsive service.
Carole has previously worked at the University of Calgary, first in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine where she had the responsibility of embedding UoC processes into the new Department of Ecosystem and Public Health before moving on to provide EA support to the Dean of Nursing. Carole then moved to New Zealand where she worked at the University of Waikato, supporting the Vice-Chancellor and Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor as well as other senior leadership team members before moving across to the Student Services Division as Business Administration Manager.
Carole has a lot of experience in senior executive-level administrative and office management from various industries. She's dedicated her career to keeping overbooked executives organised and a busy office running smoothly and as well as developing and managing processes around delivery of quality administrative and budget reporting services.
Having lived in various counties throughout her schooling years Carole has a keen interest in languages and obtained an HND in Equine Management as a mature student.
