Van DuBose IPR Advisory Board member

Mr DuBose is a former Investment Banker and Consultant.


Van DuBose was previously a banker at Goldman Sachs. During his career there he initiated and headed various advisory services for the firm in Europe, including syndicated bank financing, equipment leasing and project financing. He also headed the European transport sector advisory group, providing merger and acquisition advice and equity raising for airline, airport, aerospace, aircraft leasing and shipping clients.

Subsequently, Van served as a consultant to Goldman Sachs as Senior Partner of F. E. DuBose & Co., providing sector-specialist advice in support of Goldman Sachs air transport client relationships. His firm also provided strategy advice and raised capital for startup airlines.

Van serves on the Advisory Council for London 2050. His civic leadership roles in the city of Bath include serving on the Bath Transport Commission, as a director of Bath Bridge and as founder of the Bath Alliance for Transport and Public Realm.

Van has a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
