Kelly is currently completing the ILM 5 Level 5 coaching qualification and has experience coaching university staff and external coachees in: leadership; communication; confidence; transition into a new role; workplace challenges.

Career

Kelly is part of the Workforce Development team, her role includes: programme management, consultancy, particularly around learning needs/design and online approaches and systems, organisational development projects and stakeholder engagement, optimising digital opportunities and enhancing service quality and impact.

Kelly has worked across the education, public and private sectors and is passionate about supporting people to develop themselves. She has 15 years experience in learning and development, encompassing consultancy experience in learning design and blended approaches; design, delivery and management of learning interventions including long-term development programmes; developing creative and technology-enhanced approaches; building capacity for evidence-informed practice.
