Role

I'm an HR Operations Coordinator for Science and Campus Infrastructure, providing information on a range of HR processes and procedures. I act as the first point of contact for enquiries, offer guidance to employees and assist the HR Advisors and Business Partners with administrative tasks.

Wellbeing statement

I hope to help end the stigma surrounding mental ill health and support others in being open and honest about their difficulties, without fear of judgment. I believe in treating everyone with kindness − you never know what silent battle someone may be fighting.

Interests

I am an animal lover and spend many weekends going for long beach walks with my family and dogs. I also enjoy yoga and tennis.

I have previously trained in Mental Health First Aid. I have a Level 3 Counselling Skills qualification and can provide empathic listening support to others.
