Rachael has experience in working with professionals from both university and non-university settings. Rachael's approach to coaching is founded on a solid platform of confidentiality, respect and supportive challenge, drawing on her extensive experience in providing professional development and support to professionals regarding their teaching and learning practice in particular. She joined the University of Bath coaching network at its outset in 2014.

Senior Academic Staff Developer: Enabling staff in developing and enhancing their academic practice; Providing development opportunities for staff with particular roles and responsibilities e.g.DoS; Enabling experienced staff to gain HEA fellowship through the Bath Scheme; Working on a 1-2-1 basis to enable staff maximise their potential in learning and teaching.
