Role

Upasana is a Senior Recruitment Advisor for India and manages Indian student recruitment and school relationships. She takes part in the following activities:

  • Attending and covering recruitment events across events and promoting the University of Bath to prospective audiences
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including school counsellors, universities, agents and other education organisations
  • Providing market intelligence about the latest trends and activities specific to India
  • Supporting the UG and PG teams with creating and implementing the recruitment strategy for India

Career

Upasana has three years of experience in the international recruitment industry and specialises in the UK market. Prior to joining Bath, she worked for the University of Sheffield (as their India Officer) and on multiple projects for various other UK universities. She has also worked for In-country which has a similar model to Grok Global.
