Role

Izzy works with academic departments, professional services and the Students' Union to:

• Manage the preparation and promotion and support the data analysis and interpretation of institutional student surveys (such as NSS, PTES, PRES, Course-level Survey and Be Well Survey)
• Support the Student Engagement Manager to inform strategic planning, decision making and resource allocation at the institutional, faculty and departmental level.

Izzy is an active member of several working groups, such as the Student Voice Leadership Group and the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) Communications Team.

Within the sector, Izzy networks with similar colleagues at other institutions to bring sector knowledge back to Bath. She has recently supported a Bath-led sector consultation to transform PTES for the diverse PGT population.
