Role

Gemma joined the University in 2010 and has experience working with professionals and supporting students from a range of backgrounds and nationalities. Gemma conducts daily coaching conversations as part of her role within the School of Management. She joined the UoB coaching network at its outset in 2014, and is also a Strengthscope Practitioner.

Career

Gemma manages the MSc Student Experience Team within the School of Management, providing advice and guidance to academic colleagues and Masters students relating to academic and personal matters. Close working with colleagues across all areas of the University and Students’ Union to improve the Student Experience. Gemma has worked in Higher Education for over 15 years, and is passionate about supporting people to develop themselves or those around them.
