We need to keep talking about well-being and mental health issues to enable us to reduce the stigma and know that it’s ok not to feel ok at times. Help and support is available so let's keep talking about wellbeing and make sure everyone knows what is about and how to access it. Supporting each other is the most important thing we can do for our wellbeing.
I have both creative and more active hobbies, I enjoy crocheting and playing video games and also walking and travelling to interesting places.
