On this page you will find the Academic Statement Form which will need to be submitted alongside your Hardship Fund application form.
Please note PhD students are not required to complete this step.
Undergraduate & masters students please send this form or the weblink for this form, to the relevant academic staff member within your department for them to complete.
An email statement sent to studentmoneyadvice@bath.ac.uk from the academic staff member containing the relevant information is also sufficient if the staff member is unable to download this form, or if this option is easier.
