Be The Change is the University of Bath’s new anti-harassment initiative, which aims to promote a culture of anti-harassment where behavioural expectations are clear and being an ally becomes the social norm. Be The Change aims to tackle all forms of harassment on campus, including racism, homophobia, ableism and sexual harassment.
