This month we'll be talking about neurodiversity
Openness about neurodiversity is crucial in building a truly inclusive tech community. By understanding and embracing the varied ways our brains work, we can unlock new perspectives and creative solutions.
15 – 20% of the UK population are neurodiverse, and unemployment across this community is around 30-40%. As we are becoming more open about discussing building neuroinclusive organisations how can we overcome barriers faced by neurodivergent individuals and allow their incredible strengths to shine through.
At this event, we are inviting neurodivergent individuals to share with the community. We encourage an open dialogue about neurodiversity, led by a neurodivergent individual, sharing best practices for creating supportive environments, and providing practical strategies for founders and leaders to champion neurodiverse talent.
If you have "dumb", difficult or demystifying questions this is the time to bring them.
Let's break down barriers, dispel myths, and create a tech ecosystem where every mind can thrive
