We want to know more about your experiences of the current research environment that you work in, by inviting you to complete the Culture, Employment and Development in Academic Research Survey (CEDARS) which is closing 31 May.

We are running CEDARS as part of our actions in implementing the Principles of the revised Researcher Development Concordat, and the survey will provide valuable information on how we can create a healthy and supportive research culture to ensure our researchers can thrive.

To find out what changes have been made previously based on your CEDARS feedback, read our You Said, We Did document on the website.

As well as important topics, such as, researchers' experiences of their local research environment and working conditions, the associated responsibilities of managers of researchers will also be explored.

The results of the survey will also establish a baseline for the UK research system generally in what more we need to do to achieve the Principles of the Concordat.

Complete the survey now, it takes only 20 minutes.

CEDARS is managed and supported by Vitae. More about CEDARS.
