Audio Conferencing will be available from 19 May

To enhance Teams meeting functionality, we will be enabling a new feature called Audio Conferencing.

There may be situations when you or a meeting participant do not have access to a computer or the Teams mobile app and need to use a phone to dial-in to a meeting.

Teams meetings organised by staff will now have an audio conferencing dial-in number that can be used to join the meeting via a mobile phone or landline. This dial-in number will appear in the Teams meeting invite. View an example of the meeting invite.

Audio Conferencing will become available on May 19, 2020 and you will receive an automated email message from Microsoft about Audio Conferencing at that time, please note that this information is legitimate, you can view an example of the e-mail on our flickr account.
