Time to Talk encourages the nation’s biggest mental health conversation, this is an opportunity to support you to look after yourself and your mental wellbeing

Let’s get started.

Starting on Thursday 3 February 2022

The Staff Wellbeing Champions want to give a special focus on the benefits of communication, a time when colleagues can come together to talk, listen and make a difference.

We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others. The following activities are an opportunity for you to engage, however remember every day is a Time to Talk day, you can get in touch with any of our wellbeing champions or speak with counsellors from the Employee Assistance programme (EAP)

Come and have a chat on Thursday 3 Feb, one way or another:

• Face to face between 11:30 and 13:30 in 1W 2.01

• and Virtually at the same time on Teams
