As part of our Culture of Care, the University is dedicated to supporting staff wellbeing. Over the next four months we will be offering a range of health and exercise sessions on campus run by our amazing TeamBath colleagues.
Sessions are free and open to all staff, so book your place now:
- 27 September, 1.30pm: Indoor Workout with Sam, STV (for all abilities, participants must complete a health and safety form on booking)
- 6 October, 12pm: Posture & Stretching with Rich, Founders Hall
- 8 November, 1pm: Health Check with Hannah, Founders Hall
- 7 December, 12.30pm: Swim Techniques with Stu, STV (for able swimmers who can confidently swim 100 metres)
