Within Microsoft Teams, you and your team can create surveys, quizzes, and polls using the integrated Forms app - just add the Forms tab to your team channel.
Forms allows you to create new forms or add an existing one, from which you can:
- Export data such as quiz results to Excel for additional analysis
- Set up notifications about your form
- Conduct a quick poll within your team
- Use built-in analytics to evaluate responses as they're submitted
