We have recently received reports of concerning behaviour on board the University First Bus services. This has included verbal and physical aggression towards the driver.

We know that most of our students are respectful and responsible and are a credit to our University, and we thank those who behave appropriately.

However, a small minority are causing serious problems. The bus drivers have every right to be treated with respect in their workplace. If anyone is identified to have verbally or physically abused the bus driver, or any other passenger, they will be considered under our student disciplinary procedures.
