The Digital Engagement and Adoption team within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) department has replaced the IT Literacy team (consisting of IT Training and IT Info), and brings a different focus and approach.

The new Digital Engagement and Adoption (DEA) team will focus on:

  • Helping you/your team to achieve your aspirations to work in better ways by making best use of the DDaT-owned digital tools available, such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ensuring you’re aware of new DDaT digital products and services, as well as any disruptions such as planned maintenance and product updates required to improve the functionality or security of existing systems.
  • Enabling the delivery of the DDaT Digital Strategy by supporting career and continuing professional development within DDaT.

The team is led by Kelly Macrae, Digital Engagement and Adoption Manager. Kelly is currently recruiting to three new posts within the team – details can be found within the DDaT section of the University’s job vacancies page.

The webpages relating to IT Literacy (IT Training and IT Info) are in the process of being updated.

If you have any queries about the new team please contact Kelly Macrae (kam74@bath.ac.uk).
