Our other subject rankings include:

Away from overall rankings, our Social Policy courses also placed 1st for graduate prospects, while our Italian languages courses ranked 2nd for student satisfaction.

Sports Science research in the Faculty was also recognised as being among the top 3 in the country.

The University of Bath ranked 9th overall in the UK, matching its top 10 position in both the Complete University Guide 2022 and the Guardian University Guide 2022.

President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ian White, said: “I am delighted to see the University retain a top 10 spot overall, and rank highly for so many of our courses, including Architecture and Criminology which each took number one nationally.

“This is of course a reflection of all the hard work and dedication of everyone across our University who I am so grateful to for all their efforts, especially during the challenging times we have all faced.”
