The way TOPDesk authenticates your identity will change from Monday 1 August, to use Azure Active Directory authentication.
What this means for you
There will be only one noticeable difference: the sign in box will look like the one you use to log in to your University Microsoft 365 account.
There is no downtime expected for this change.
The benefits
Azure authentication protects your identity and simplifies your sign-in experience with the following features:
- Enhanced security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA gives you an additional layer of security, over and above your username and password when working online
- Self-service password reset: if you have set up Multi-Factor Authentication on your account, you can reset your password online
