As the University community moves to enable cloud storage and easier remote working, from this academic year the default save location on teaching room, open access and lecture room PCs will be OneDrive.
Your previous profile will not automatically appear on these PCs and so in order to access any files or shortcuts from your desktop, you will need to note that the location is: H:\ProfilesDoNot_Delete\campus\Desktop
Existing documents are available at H:\dos on these PCs.
Your H and X drive will still be available to use, should you wish to.
Please make sure that all files have finished synchronising in OneDrive before leaving or logging out of Windows Virtual Desktop. You may lose work if the OneDrive sync process is not complete. You can find out what the OneDrive icons mean on the Microsoft website.
