We also received a question on digital accessibility, and have posted the response below.

Q: At the last Town Hall (and at previous events) there have been questions about Digital Accessibility. I see the Moderators response to an earlier question asked via chat, highlighting the web accessibility statement for our University Website. Could someone provide an update on progress on the digital accessibility initiative, which is much broader than the University web page?

A: The main University website has undergone systematic review, and https://www.bath.ac.uk/corporate-information/website-accessibility-statement/ has a detailed statement on how bath.ac.uk meets accessibility regulations. The University’s digital estate is indeed much wider, with many more owners managing a complex range of platforms and content. Work on digital accessibility is continuing to address this and we’ve passed your comments onto Professor Rajani Naidoo , Vice-President (Community & Inclusion) and Chris Youles, Chief Information and Digital Officer who are leading on it.
