Our new Masterplan outlines potential opportunities for the enhancement of our Claverton Campus. It has been developed iteratively, taking account of feedback from a range of stakeholders, and has informed the development of a new policy for the campus in the draft Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) Local Plan Partial Update.
Its purpose is to define development opportunities that could be delivered as and when required subject to financial and operational feasibility. A formal planning application, informed by a detailed feasibility study, would still be required before any specific development opportunity identified in the Masterplan could proceed.
Our final report updates the Emerging Masterplan published in October 2018 which was informed by the public consultation events that took place in March 2018, and the Emerging Masterplan published in January 2021.
