Over 1,000 Masters and PhD students will this week graduate from the University at our Winter Graduation Ceremonies, alongside a number of influential figures who will receive Honorary Degrees.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, Bath students will mark the end of their studies at the celebratory event, taking place at the Assembly Rooms.

As part of graduation celebrations, we will also be awarding Honorary Degrees to: Dawn Bonfield, Chris Anderson, James Chen, Ali Oliver, Alan Cotton, Ian Constance, Nikesh Shukla and Peter Parker.

Vice-Chancellor and President of the University, Professor Ian White FREng, commented: "We offer our warmest congratulations to everyone receiving their degree certificates this week.

"Graduation ceremonies mark the successful conclusion of a huge amount of effort, hard work and learning, and are a truly special event for those involved.

"We look forward to celebrating with our postgraduate students this week, alongside their families, and to welcoming several inspiring new honorary graduates into our University community."
