What we offer

We work with employers to upskill their workforce through a variety of flexible delivery models.

Our courses offer apprentices the opportunity to gain postgraduate level skills that can be applied and embedded in their day job. Our courses are delivered through a variety of models. Options include:

  • day-release study on campus
  • block release study on campus
  • interactive online study at a distance
  • a combination of the above

This Code details the key principles and processes by which the University assures itself of the quality and standards of its apprenticeship courses.

Subcontracting Policy

This policy covers the activity for which the University is funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) for the provision of apprenticeship training.

Employer Complaints Policy

This policy covers the process that the University has adopted for all complaints that employers wish to raise with the University in relation to apprenticeship provision.

Apprentice complaints are outside the scope of this policy. Where an apprentice is dissatisfied with any aspect of their apprenticeship, they should refer to the University’s Student Complaints Policy.
