Brendon Court is accommodation for first year undergraduate students, in a great location close to everything you need on campus.

Brendon Court is home to 126 undergraduate students and is located on the north side of campus, within easy reach of all facilities on campus. Students live in groups of 22 to 28, sharing communal kitchens and bathrooms. Living here means you'll have Eat and Drink credit to spend on food and drink in any University-run places to eat, to save you always having to cook meals. To make you feel safe and at home, Brendon Court has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings and flats and a dedicated operations team.

Rooms in Brendon Court cost between £178 and £188 per week. There are 126 standard rooms in Brendon Court.

Living in Brendon Court you have £50 a week Eat and Drink credit charged on top of your weekly rent, which buys you at least two meals a day. Eat and Drink credit is charged for 33 weeks of the 38 week contract.

Standard bedrooms have:

  • standard 91cm x 183cm single bed with reading light
  • communal kitchen, perfect for cooking and socialising with your flatmates
  • shared bathroom facilities, usually with 5 students sharing.

  • small 122cm x 190cm double bed with reading light
  • communal kitchen, perfect for cooking and socialising with your flatmates
  • shared bathroom facilities, usually with 5 students sharing

All students living in Brendon Court have access to a Living Lounge on the ground floor, where you can relax and socialise with your housemates. The Living Lounge has soft seating. There is also a bespoke outdoor social area you can use.

Accommodation for students with a diagnosed medical condition or disability

If you have a disability, there are four ground floor rooms in Brendon Court designed to meet your needs.

These rooms are within standard accommodation, located on the ground floor. The shared bathrooms close to these rooms have pull cords and grab rails. We are happy to make further adaptations to give you what you need.
