Polden Court is accommodation for first year undergraduates on the far west side of campus that's within easy reach of all our campus facilities.

Polden Court is home to 126 undergraduate students and is located on the west side of campus, within easy reach of all facilities on campus. On the ground floor each flat is shared with smaller groups of 5 to 8 students and the upper levels have larger groups of up to 24 students. Living here means you'll have Eat and Drink credit to spend on food and drink in any University-run places to eat, to save you always having to cook meals. To make you feel safe and at home, Polden Court has a secure living environment, with swipe card access to the buildings and flats and a dedicated operations team.

Rooms in Polden Court cost between £208 and £229 per week. There are 126 rooms in Polden Court.

Living in Polden Court you have £50 a week Eat and Drink credit charged on top of your weekly rent, which buys you at least two meals a day. Eat and Drink credit is charged for 33 weeks of the 38 week contract.
