Terms of reference

  • To oversee the approval of temporary changes to the curriculum for 2020/21.

  • Working with the Resilient Curriculum Working Group to identify key risks to delivery of the curriculum in 2020/21 and to recommend any curriculum changes resulting from the identification of such risks.

  • To approve high impact changes referred to the Committee by the Faculty or School of Management.

  • To approve temporary exemptions to the New Framework for Assessment: Assessment Regulations.

  • To approve temporary exemptions from the academic framework.

  • To recommend to Senate for approval any other temporary exemptions from the Regulations for Students that may be required.

  • To recommend to Senate for approval any new programme variants required for 2020/21.

  • To monitor the temporary changes to the curriculum for 2020/21.

Procedures Rules

Membership

The term of office for nominated members of the committee is as set out in Senate Standing Orders.

Co-option

Co-option is at the discretion of the committee in accordance with Senate Standing Order 16.

Alternates

Alternates are permitted in accordance with Senate Standing Order 17.

Quorum

There shall be a quorum at meetings of one-third of the membership of the committee. See Senate Standing Order 16.

Minutes

Minutes are submitted to Senate.
