Safeguarding in HE Online course This statutory safeguarding training module provides an overview of safeguarding for under 18s and adults who may be at risk of harm. This training is mandatory for ALL staff. Staff should complete this training within their first 3 months. This training should be refreshed every 3 years. Be The Change − Tackling Harassment (Staff) Online course ‘Be The Change − Tackling Harassment’ is a University Programme which is mandatory for all staff. The programme aims to tackle all forms of harassment, bullying and discrimination at the University of Bath through a series of training opportunities and awareness raising events. We want to help and encourage all members of our community to ‘Be The Change’. Diversity@bath.ac.uk
Anti-Money Laundering Online course Mandatory for all staff in F&PO and AO, to be completed within six weeks of University start date and within every two years thereafter. All staff should make themselves familiar with the University's Anti-money Laundering Policy. financial-probity@bath.ac.uk
Research Integrity (Concordat to Support Research Integrity) Online course Mandatory for all researchers: academic staff and research staff must do this module or otherwise satisfy their HOS of equivalent competence. Recruitment and selection for panel members Online Course Mandatory for all chairs of interview panels and anyone involved in shortlisting or interviewing for academic appointments. Workforce Development workforce-development@bath.ac.uk
Mental Health First Aid Face-to-face course The course is especially recommended for Resident Tutors, Senior Tutors, Personal Tutors and staff in Security due to the nature of their roles. Pastoral Care & Safeguarding staff training session In Person Course In addition to the ‘Be The Change − Tackling Harassment’ training, we’ve also developed Pastoral Care training, for staff working with students. Refresher Modules

Refresher modules should be completed 12 months after completion of the full module.

Reviewing your completed modules

You can view which modules you have completed and when, on your Learning and Training record in Employee Self-Service ESS. Please allow 48 hours after completion for the system to update.

Preferred browsers

When accessing the Learn Upon training platform for Marshall's online training, the preferred browsers are 'Chrome' and 'Firefox'.

Monitoring your team's compliance

If you are a Line Manager or Head of Department, you will also periodically receive a Training Compliance Report to help you monitor and ensure compliance.
